If you really want to get your energy up complete a cleanse, increase the oxygen level in your body, get rid of your yeast and parasites and take enzymes.  Why because all four can help you to get the nutrients you need from the food you eat.

Food is fuel for the body. Ordinarily we eat and derive energy from our food. However, because we have consumed so many meals of processed junk food our system is no longer functioning properly. Our current state of fatigue requires us to take action to get it back on track.

Complete a Cleanse

Cleansing has made it to the top of the list. Your body has been able to continue function by neutralizing and trapping toxins. The body wants to eliminate these toxins completely by releasing them through it natural elimination processes. However our environment is so toxic the body has become overloaded with toxins and  cannot function properly. We need to complete a cleanse in order to assist the body in regaining its balance and being able to do its job effectively.

Some people are in the habit of doing the bi annual cleansing necessary to maintain good health. They understand that even if you aren’t overloading your body with junk food, toxins and chemicals maintenance is necessary. They know that they need to cleanse the inside of the body just like they need to brush their teeth, wash their hair and clean the outside of their body. How long has it been since you completed a cleanse?

The body will do the most of the work on it’s own so you won’t need to set up a cleansing everyday. Most people can accomplish good results cleansing twice a year in the Spring and in the Fall.

Increase the oxygen level in your body

We live in an environment where the oxygen level has been depleted. This is especially true for people living in cities. As we live we are constantly taking in toxic pollution from our air and food. Much of this pollution stays in the cells of our bodies. The pollution can easily be expelled from the body once it is combined with oxygen (oxidized). Unfortunately we are not getting enough oxygen to do the job, resulting in our bodies becoming breeding grounds for bacteria, parasites, yeasts and disease-causing microorganism that thrive in a low oxygen environment. You need oxygen to provide your cells with the energy to function.

You can increase the oxygen in your body visiting the local oxygen bar (yes it’s a shame but in the city you have to pay to breathe oxygen rich air).

Get rid of your yeast and parasites

Yeast and parasites are microscopic organisms that normally live in your digestive tract. Yeast and Parasites live off your body but contribute nothing to it. Normally they are kept in check by beneficial bacteria; however our use of antibiotics, sugar and our consumption of highly processed foods have caused the balanced to become upset. As a result the yeasts and parasites are able to colonize the digestive tract living off your undigested food. Eventually they are able to completely over run the digestive tract and move out into other areas of the body. Parasites communicate by chemical signals; and the cells in your body. Some say that parasites may be able to control the body’s own chemical signals and use them for their own means.

 

Yeast are extremely hard to get rid of because they live in our environment and we are constantly being re-infected.

Replenish Enzymes

Processing and cooking destroys enzymes in food. Enzymes are manufactured in the body and they are also present in raw food. They assist the body in breaking down (digesting) and utilizing food and supplements. You assist your digestive process when you chew your food. This releases enzymes into your food from you salvia and starts the digestive process. Unfortunately most Americans are enzyme deficient. Their food lacks enzymes and so they don’t have them when they need to start the digestive process. Therefore even when you eat well, your body can’t always absorb the nutrients from the food, because of a lack of digestive enzymes. Additionally as we age we face increasing difficulty absorbing nutrients from supplements and food. People who don’t eat or get the nutrients from their food are usually exhausted. Fruit is a good source for enzymes. Research to find out what will work best for you.
