It's your own personal choice to decide to eat differently, exercise or work from home. If you do decide to do things differently and make changes in your life please be mindful that - it takes work.

 

It takes work and effort to be healthy and get results that last. Diets don’t work! No pill; vitamin, herbal or medicine will do the work that will give you lasting results. To be healthy, you need to make permanent lifestyle changes that suit you. Start by eating healthy. Figure out what you like and what you can live with. It’s not about not allowing yourself to eat something you like. That will only make you eat more of it later. Its about eating less of what is not good for you and more of what is good for you, until you can drop the thing that is not good for you, because you don’t want it anymore. Eat more fruits, vegetables and freshly cooked foods. Eat less frozen foods, sugar, corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, soda and refined foods such as white bread, chips (of all kinds) and things in cans.

 

Take a multi-vitamin, clean your colon, do a Candida cleanse, a parasite cleanse and increase the enzymes in your body. You may accomplish this simply by using the Isagenix 30 day cleanse.

 

Exercise to get in shape. Choose the exercise you like doing. Walking, bike riding, yoga, gliders, and stair climbers are all good. If you can, use small three - five pound weights as you exercise to work your arms and chest. Exercise until you break a sweat, but not so much that you can’t talk, because you are breathing so hard. When you can’t breath you are exercising so hard you are not burning fat. You are getting that cardio work out.

 

30 minutes, four days a week, will help you start. Try it for a month, and then increase it to 45 minutes, four days a week for the next month. And finally get it up to one hour, four days a week. Flexibility is key one hour is recommended but if you can’t do that don’t quit on yourself. Try alternating between days and weeks. Try 30 minutes one day and an hour the next. Or 30 minutes one week and an hour the next. Or try two weeks at 30 minutes and two weeks at an hour. If you find you can’t be flexible, then by all means keep going at the 30 minute level.
