Environmental toxins - are every where in our food, water and in the air we breathe. We can not escape them. They occur naturally but are magnified in our present day lifestyle because we use chemical products and pesticides so freely.

Insufficient digestive enzymes, lack of beneficial bacteria in the digestive tract - parasites, and Candida (yeasts) are problems of the body related the use of antibiotic medicines and the lack of nutritional food. Naturally there is a balance of other organisms living in our digestive system and as long as we are able to maintain that balance we can enjoy good health. Unfortunately modern living has caused most of our bodies to be out of balance. When that happens we gain weight, get tried easily and don’t feel well overall.

Not getting enough exercise – chances are you already know you need to exercise a full hour each day to manage your weight, but that doesn’t mean going to the gym.
